Smart insole sensor features
The ZNX-01 flexible film pressure sensor is a new type of sensor prepared using proprietary flexible pressure sensing technology. It prints high-adhesion, bend-resistant, and highly sensitive flexible nano-functional materials on flexible and lightweight materials, enabling high-sensitivity detection of pressure distribution on the sole of the foot.
The ZNX-01 flexible film pressure sensor is a resistive sensor, where the output resistance decreases with an increase in pressure applied to the sensor's surface. By utilizing a specific pressure-resistance relationship, the magnitude of the pressure can be measured. Placing the ZNX-01 sensor in the sole of a shoe allows for the detection of foot pressure during standing and walking. The collected data can be used for foot pressure analysis.
