Deploy a layer of high-elasticity sponge on the upper part of the airbag, and affix pressure sensors on top of the high-elasticity sponge.The standard effective sensing area for a single pressure sensor is 60*180CM, which can be covered by piecing together multiple flexible pressure sensors. The specific dimensions can be customized.
Pressure sensor requirements:
1) The effective sensing area of the pressure sensor is 60*180CM, which can be composed of 6 40*60 pressure sensors. Located in the center of the above-mentioned high-elastic sponge width, aligned with the head, as shown in Figure 1.
2) The total width of the sensor is 60CM, divided into 6 columns, and the identification area is 10CM wide in each column; the total height of the sensor is 180CM, divided into 20 rows, and the identification area is 9CM high per row; that is, each independent identification area is 10CM, and the height is 9CM. The whole mattress is set up with 6*20, a total of 120 independent pressure recognition areas. The pressure sensing system sends the pressure data of each area of 120 identification areas after receiving the pressure transmission instruction of the communication system, as shown in Figure 2.
