Notes:

  • The response point is observed when the applied pressure gradually increases from 0, causing the resistance to drop below the 1MΩ threshold. 
  • To address any potential batch inconsistencies, it is recommended to calibrate the device prior to use. This calibration process effectively mitigates consistency errors, reducing them to within a range of ±15%. By doing so, a higher level of uniformity and accuracy is attained across all devices.

With its wide pressure sensing range, rapid response time, long-lasting durability, precise temperature sensing, and excellent temperature sensitivity, this sensor is capable of detecting a broad spectrum of pressure changes and subtle temperature variations.

The DT10-50 series exhibits tremendous potential for a wide range of applications, particularly in the fields of intelligent robots, human-computer interaction, and medical health. Its versatility and reliable performance make it an ideal choice for integrating into various systems where accurate pressure and temperature measurements are crucial for optimal functionality and performance.

The DT10-50 pressure sensor ingeniously employs the partial pressure method. In this innovative setup, the sensor is seamlessly integrated in series with resistor R1, forming a dynamic voltage dividing circuit. With both ends securely connected to VCC and GND, this circuit delivers a voltage output that is further connected to Vout, unveiling a comprehensive approach to accurate and reliable pressure sensing.

The sensor’s output resistance changes with pressure, which is converted into a voltage signal. To meet specific needs, choose an appropriate load resistor R1 within the range of 1kΩ to 100kΩ. 

The voltage output, Vout, is connected to the microcontroller’s ADC interface for voltage detection. It can also be connected to the MCU’s external interrupt IO port to utilize the pressure trigger function.
