The DF9-16 Flexible Film Pressure Sensor is purpose-built to accurately measure pressure on flexible surfaces, rendering it remarkably suitable for a broad array of innovations.. Its extensive utilization spans across diverse fields such as smart homes, residential applications, consumer electronics, automotive electronics, medical equipment, industrial control, and intelligent robots.
The DF9-16 pressure sensor ingeniously employs the partial pressure method. In this innovative setup, the sensor is seamlessly integrated in series with resistor R1, forming a dynamic voltage dividing circuit. With both ends securely connected to VCC and GND, this circuit delivers a voltage output that is further connected to Vout, unveiling a comprehensive approach to accurate and reliable pressure sensing.
The sensor’s output resistance changes with pressure, which is converted into a voltage signal. To meet specific needs, choose an appropriate load resistor R1 within the range of 1kΩ to 100kΩ.
The voltage output, Vout, is connected to the microcontroller’s ADC interface for voltage detection. It can also be connected to the MCU’s external interrupt IO port to utilize the pressure trigger function.
